Account Closure and Suspension

A joinlink account may be closed or suspended under the following circumstances:

• At the member's request: Members may close their account at any time by contacting customer support. All eligible balances will be returned after the verification process is complete.
• Self-exclusion: Members who opt into the self-exclusion program will have their access immediately suspended for the selected period.
• Terms Violation: joinlink reserves the right to close the account of any member who violates these Terms without prior notice.
• Inactivity: Accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to the stated administrative charges.

Platform Liability Limits

Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
